We are located in a stand-alone building with our sign easily visible from Teaticket Highway. Our building is on the same side as the Stop & Shop Plaza downtown Falmouth and across from the Burger King near Walmart Plaza. There is plenty of designated for our office parking spots. The parking lot is accessed through the Tataket Apartments. Please follow the directional signs to Mindful Medical Care.
